The Role
We are seeking a Search Engine Optimizer / Digital Marketer who understands how content, structure, and consistency drive long-term growth.
You will be responsible for improving the visibility and performance of websites through structured SEO efforts. This includes optimizing content, refining site structure, and ensuring that pages are aligned with how people actually search.
This role is about building a steady, reliable flow of organic traffic through disciplined execution. You will help shape systems that improve performance over time.
What You’ll Work On
Depending on your expertise, you may work on any of the following on-site, off-site, or technical SEO functions:
- Conducting keyword research based on real search behavior
- Optimizing website pages for search visibility and clarity
- Structuring content for both users and search engines
- Supporting blog and content strategy with SEO insights
- Monitoring rankings, traffic, and performance trends
- Identifying technical and structural issues affecting SEO
- Collaborating with content, design, and development teams
- Using AI tools to support research, content refinement, and analysis
- Link building
- Digital PR
You will be encouraged to:

Tools & Technical Mastery
Strong candidates demonstrate familiarity with:
- AI Optimization/GEO
- Google AI Overview Optimization
- SEO tools (such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar platforms)
- Google Search Console and Google Analytics
- On-page SEO principles (titles, meta descriptions, headings, internal linking)
- Off-page SEO (link building, digital PR)
- Technical SEO concepts (site structure, indexing, page speed)
- Content optimization and keyword mapping
- AI-assisted tools for research and content improvement
A clear understanding of how websites perform in search is essential.
