The Role
We are seeking a Marketing Systems Manager to lead the digital growth and marketing infrastructure of our US-based agency client, while improving the internal systems and delivery coordination that support Design Marketing Studio.
You will own priorities across the agencies’ websites, lead-generation systems, CRM, email programs, marketing automation, analytics, and conversion performance. You will identify what needs to be improved, establish clear plans, and coordinate the specialists responsible for execution.
This is primarily a behind-the-scenes role rather than a client-management position. You will work with leadership, content, SEO, advertising, design, development, and operations teams to ensure that marketing systems are connected, visible, and moving toward measurable outcomes.
You will also guide the practical use of AI across segmentation, lead management, reporting, campaign improvement, and repetitive marketing workflows.
What You’ll Work On
- Own priorities and improvement plans for the agencies’ websites and digital growth systems
- Improve service presentation, user journeys, lead capture, conversion paths, and the prospective-client experience
- Lead the selection, organization, adoption, and continued improvement of CRM and marketing automation systems
- Develop clearer processes for lead qualification, routing, nurturing, follow-up, and pipeline tracking
- Oversee newsletters, automated email sequences, audience segmentation, and email performance
- Improve analytics, attribution, conversion tracking, dashboards, and performance reporting
- Coordinate connections across websites, forms, CRM, email tools, advertising platforms, scheduling systems, and sales workflows
- Work with existing specialists and internal teams to move growth initiatives through completion
Tools & Technical Mastery
Strong candidates demonstrate proficiency in:
- CRM management and marketing automation
- Lead-generation, qualification, nurturing, and pipeline workflows
- Email marketing, audience segmentation, and lifecycle communication
- Website analytics, conversion tracking, attribution, and reporting
- Digital funnel improvement and conversion rate optimization
- Cross-functional project management and workflow documentation
- AI-assisted segmentation, reporting, personalization, and marketing workflow automation
Strong working knowledge of platforms such as HighLevel, HubSpot, Salesforce or comparable systems is valuable.
You will not independently execute every advertising, SEO, design, development, or content task. You should, however, understand how these functions connect and be able to provide clear priorities to the specialists responsible for delivery.
Who This Role Is For
Strong candidates typically:
- Have at least 5 years of experience in digital growth, marketing technology, CRM management, lifecycle marketing, conversion optimization, or marketing systems
- Have helped improve websites, funnels, CRM processes, email programs, or connected marketing systems
- Can translate business objectives into practical workflows, priorities, and measurable improvements
- Understand how lead generation, marketing activity, and sales processes connect
- Can guide specialists without needing to personally perform every production task
- Demonstrate strong cross-functional leadership
- Communicate clearly and professionally in English
- Can work independently while maintaining alignment and visibility with leadership
- Have experience in an agency, professional-services, or B2B environment, preferably
- Are familiar with AI-driven marketing tools and automation platforms, preferably
A related bachelor’s or master’s degree is preferred, but relevant experience and demonstrated ownership are valued more highly than a specific degree.

What You’ll Gain
- Direct exposure to US-market digital growth and marketing systems
- Opportunity to build and refine scalable CRM, automation, and conversion processes
- Performance-based financial upside tied to execution quality and business impact
- A high-trust environment focused on ownership, clarity, and measurable outcomes
- Support for AI implementation, automation, and skill development
How We Evaluate Fit
We care less about formal titles and more about:
- Your ability to understand and improve connected marketing systems
- Your experience with CRM, automation, lead journeys, email, and conversion performance
- Your approach to prioritization and cross-functional execution
- Your understanding of analytics, attribution, and reporting
- Your judgment when applying AI and automation to marketing operations
The process includes:
