Responsibilities:

● Manages day-to-day marketing operations within the agency by delivering services in the most efficient way possible and resolving issues that may arise.

● Manages operations, sales, and production teams to maximize campaign effectiveness, productivity, customer satisfaction, and ROI.

● Manage resource planning and organizational work, oversee high-level human resources needs, and communicate with Management and Finance.

● Work closely with staff to ensure successful project delivery by balancing workloads according to skills, time, and budgets.

● Defining, developing, and revising operational policies and guidelines for the organization to improve efficiency.

● Directs, tracks, and reports progress on all company goals.


Requirements:

  • A minimum of 12+ years experience in the operations management role with a focus on management and leadership. Experience working in an agency with a full understanding of requirements and developing long and short-term strategies, including staffing, operational efficiency, and campaign optimization.
  • The candidate must possess strong communication, administrative, and organizational skills to break down large ideas into bite-size procedures.
  • Demonstrated data analysis and performance/operational metrics, familiarity with Google Docs/Sheets, Analytics, SEO tools, CRMs, WordPress, AI/LLMs, automation, and PMSs.
  • Excellent work ethic and enthusiasm. It is essential to us that you have a soft edge and treat others with kindness and firmness.
  • Smart, educated, over-achiever who has the knowledge and perseverance to manage the operations of our agency.
