The Role
We are seeking a Digital Advertiser who combines analytical thinking with disciplined execution.
You will manage paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google, Microsoft, Meta, Linkedin, Pinterest and others for US-based clients. Your focus will be on driving consistent, measurable performance through structured testing, optimization, and data-driven decision-making.
This role is not about launching ads and hoping they work. It is about building controlled systems that improve performance over time. You will continuously refine systems to increase efficiency, lower costs, and improve conversion outcomes.
What You’ll Work On
- Planning and launching paid ad campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft, Meta, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and other platforms
- Structuring campaigns, ad sets, and targeting for clarity and performance
- Writing and testing ad copy variations
- Monitoring campaign performance and key metrics daily
- Running A/B tests to improve conversion rates and cost efficiency
- Optimizing budgets, bids, and audience targeting
- Collaborating with design and content teams for creative assets
- Leveraging AI tools to support research, testing, and performance analysis
You will be encouraged to:

Tools & Technical Mastery

- Google Ads, Microsoft, and social media ads managers

- Performance tracking (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS)
- Basic analytics tools such as Google Analytics
- A/B testing and performance optimization methods
- AI-assisted tools for research, copy, and data analysis
- Advanced conversion tracking with flawlessly managed data
A strong understanding of how paid campaigns function and scale is essential.
