Requirements:
- A Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in engineering, math, marketing, advertising, or related fields. Masters preferred; Ph.D. welcome.
- At least eight years of experience in digital advertising, specializing in PPC, display, and social media advertising, preferably longer.
- Ability to drive ROI through innovative digital ad campaigns.
- Profound knowledge of ad tech and platforms like Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Facebook Ads Manager.
- Expertise in A/B testing, conversion optimization, and data analysis.
- Exceptional project management skills, attention to detail, and organizational prowess.
- Strong ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
