Responsibilities:

● Develop and execute innovative digital advertising strategies across search, display, and social channels to meet and exceed business objectives.

● Manage and optimize PPC, display, retargeting, and paid social campaigns across Google, Microsoft, Meta, LinkedIn, and Pinterest.

● Conduct A/B testing, landing page optimization, and full-funnel attribution modeling for both online product sales and offline service conversions.

● Own digital advertising budgets, maximizing ROI and reporting on cost optimization strategies.

● Analyze performance data to identify patterns, inform decisions, and drive continuous campaign improvements.

● Stay ahead of industry trends, new ad tech developments, and evolving best practices.

● Lead collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure messaging consistency and campaign integration across all digital touchpoints.

● Communicate with Management and Finance on performance trends, growth opportunities, and strategic recommendations.


Requirements:

  • A minimum of 8+ years experience in digital advertising with deep expertise in PPC, display, and paid social campaigns. Longer experience strongly preferred.
  • Ability to independently drive strong ROI through strategic, creative digital ad campaigns.
  • Demonstrated hands-on expertise with Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and attribution reporting tools.
  • Experience with A/B testing methodologies, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and analyzing full-funnel performance.
  • Excellent project management, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear insights.
  • Analytical and creative mindset: able to both craft compelling campaigns and optimize them with data-driven decisions.
  • Demonstrated self-sufficiency, leadership capabilities, and the maturity to own projects from strategy to execution.
  • Flawless English, a positive and solution-oriented attitude, respect for authority and clients, and a genuine enthusiasm for professional growth.
