About Design Marketing Studio — Bandung Intelligence Hub
Design Marketing Studio is forming the Bandung Intelligence Hub, a captive AI operations studio built to support a high-performing US digital marketing agency serving US-based architects, interior designers, and design-led brands. The Hub is being built to deliver high-quality work reliably for the US market, with clear performance standards, real responsibility, and long-term financial upside for those who contribute meaningfully. This role exists to help us remove friction, increase leverage, and reduce dependency on individual memory or effort.
The Role
We are looking for a Operations & Systems Lead to work closely with the founder on the inner mechanics of the business.
This is a role for someone who enjoys:
- Understanding how real systems actually work
- Identifying where processes break, repeat, or depend on heroics
- Turning messy reality into clear, durable workflows
- Using data, structure, and automation to reduce effort and error
- Leveraging AI agents
You will be trusted to observe, decide, and improve, not just execute instructions.
What You’ll Work On
- Mapping how work flows across people, tools, and timelines
- Identifying bottlenecks, failure points, and unnecessary complexity
- Designing and documenting practical processes that others can follow
- Improving visibility into work status, risks, and ownership
- Implementing light automation and system improvements where they add real value
- Continuously learning new tools, methods, and techniques to increase leverage
You’ll be encouraged to:

Who This Role Is For
